Government of ILILAND

ILILAND

National Charter of ILILAND

I. Establishment of the Nation

The Declaration of Foundation affirms that ILILAND is hereby established as a sovereign digital nation. The State exists as a lawful national entity with permanent jurisdiction, national identity, and recognized sovereign authority. ILILAND operates without physical borders and maintains full legal capacity to govern, regulate, and protect its citizens. The nation is founded on a unique economic mandate: citizen contributions fund national companies, and citizens receive profit‑sharing from national revenue.

II. Sovereign Authority

Sovereignty of ILILAND is vested in the Crown, the supreme institution of national leadership. The Crown holds the mandate to:

  • define national doctrine

  • safeguard the Charter and Constitutional Law

  • establish and oversee state institutions

  • regulate national economic activity

  • represent ILILAND in external matters

  • ensure continuity of national authority

All national power flows from the Crown and is exercised in service of the State and its citizens.

III. Legal Foundation

The Constitutional Law of ILILAND is the supreme legal framework governing the nation. The National Charter grants legitimacy to the Constitution, and the Constitution regulates all national systems, rights, duties, and institutions — including the national profit‑sharing system. No law, policy, or directive may contradict the Charter or the Constitution.

IV. National Identity

ILILAND recognizes the following as core elements of national identity:

  • the Crown of ILILAND

  • the Emblem of ILILAND

  • the Sovereign Currency Mark

  • the National Charter

  • the Constitutional Law

  • the National Economic Mandate (citizen contribution → national companies → profit‑sharing)

These elements represent the authority, identity, and continuity of the State.

V. Citizenship

Citizenship of ILILAND is a legal status granted exclusively by the State. Citizens receive:

  • verified national identity

  • constitutional protection

  • access to national systems

  • eligibility for profit‑sharing

  • recognition as members of the sovereign digital nation

Citizens freely choose their monthly contribution, forming the National Development Fund that powers ILILAND’s economic expansion. Citizenship may be issued, suspended, or revoked only through lawful procedure.

VI. National Protection

The State guarantees national protection to all verified citizens. Protection includes:

  • identity security

  • constitutional rights

  • lawful dispute resolution

  • oversight of national systems

  • protection of citizen contributions and profit‑sharing rights

Protection is enforced through state institutions under the authority of the Crown.

VII. National Economy

ILILAND establishes its Sovereign Economic System as the official national economic framework. It serves as:

  • the mechanism through which citizen contributions fund national companies

  • the basis for regulated digital wealth

  • the structure for lawful distribution of national prosperity

  • the system governing citizen profit‑sharing

  • the economic standard for all state‑approved transactions

Each citizen receives 1 million ILAAR, the sovereign future‑wealth unit of ILILAND, unlocking progressively from national profit. All economic activity within ILILAND is subject to constitutional regulation.

VIII. National Purpose

ILILAND is founded to:

  • establish lawful digital sovereignty

  • provide verified citizenship

  • ensure national protection

  • maintain stable governance

  • build national companies

  • distribute national profit to citizens

  • uphold constitutional order

The State exists as a permanent institution of authority, protection, and national economic organization.

IX. Continuity of the State

The Charter affirms the perpetual existence of ILILAND. No dissolution, suspension, or alteration of the State may occur except through lawful constitutional procedure enacted by the Crown.

X. Binding Authority

This National Charter stands as the foundational legal instrument of ILILAND. It establishes the nation, defines its sovereign identity, and grants authority to all national institutions. The Charter is binding, perpetual, and recognized as the origin of ILILAND’s sovereignty and economic mandate.
